-Yogurt: I want to have this batch sit for only six hours and then strain it so that it's a thick, Greek style yogurt.
-Ghee: I've read that it's shelf stable for six months and have never tried it. It's simple to make and sounds tasty.
-Cultured buttermilk: another easy one that I can use to make ranch dressing.
-Gnocchi: This can be used in place of noodles and I've been wanting to make it for awhile now.
Those are the big ones I want crossed off my list. I also want to make more pretzles and bagels for the freezer.
